All service time counts toward your monthly allowance. For example, 45 minutes reading, 60 minutes writing, and 15 minutes clarifying use two hours. A 15-minute follow-up uses 0.25 hour. We provide a time summary and obtain approval before exceeding available hours.

Unused hours carry into the immediately following billing month, up to one month’s plan allowance. Carried hours are used first and expire at the end of that following month. One unused hour on Essential gives you three available hours in the next month; that carried hour cannot roll forward again.
Automatic recurring billing is not currently offered. Monthly plans require a new authorized purchase each month. Consecutive purchases qualify for the published rollover allowance; if you do not continue, remaining hours expire at the end of the purchased period, subject to agreed refund treatment and applicable law. Prepaid packages do not automatically renew. See our cancellation and refund terms.
Attachments and exhibits submitted for review count toward the total. Fixed prices apply to standard-complexity documents. Documents over 25 pages, unusually dense content, related document sets, or substantial source checking require a quote before work begins. Package documents over 15 pages require an agreed adjustment.
Questions about the completed explanation letter. New documents, revised versions, and expanded assignments require a separate review or quote. Subscription clarification uses the available service hours.
