We also provide hands-on paralegal and litigation support, including drafting complaints, motions, and other pleadings; preparing discovery requests and responses; coordinating the propounding of and responses to discovery; conducting client intake interviews; and organizing case records and evidence. We also develop case plans to move matters toward resolution, track deadlines, coordinate court filings, and assemble trial binders, exhibits, and supporting materials to help attorneys prepare for hearings and trial.
We offer a helping hand to nonprofits and community organizations working with limited resources to make legal assistance more affordable and accessible. By developing practical operating plans, organizing records, and creating calendaring systems for recurring obligations and statutory deadlines, we help ease administrative burdens so staff and volunteers can devote more time to the people they serve. Our support helps strengthen day-to-day operations and sustain the community mission behind their work.

All package terms are subject to statutory cancellation rights. Read our Terms & Conditions, including the California LDA 24-hour cancellation protection. Monthly review plans currently require a new purchase each month; no automatic recurring charges.
Every package covers the documents, stages, quantities, and deliverables listed in your written service agreement. Later proceedings and ongoing case support are included only when expressly listed.
A signed service agreement, complete information, relevant records, your instructions, and a 50% deposit are required to begin. Initial drafts are generally prepared within 3–5 business days after these items are received. Complex projects receive an individualized estimate. Court and agency processing times, hearings, and statutory waiting periods are separate; acceptance and outcomes are determined by the court or agency.
The remaining balance is due before filing and release of final copies. Clients review the facts and requested relief and sign required documents before submission.
Document-preparation packages include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. Corrections to our preparation errors do not count against those rounds. New instructions, substantial new information, additional documents, contested issues, hearings, appeals, enforcement, or additional applications require a revised scope and quote approved before added work begins.
Filing coordination is included only when listed in the quote. Electronic filing is available where supported; local paper filing is available in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Where included, we provide submission records and available filed copies. Client-provided funds may be submitted for applicable court fees.
Process-server coordination is available when requested; clients may instead arrange service through a legally permitted person. Court and agency fees, process service, publication, recording, notary services, and approved third-party expenses are separate. Ordinary paper-filing postage is included in the quoted fee; special delivery is quoted separately.
Minor technical filing corrections within the agreed scope are included. New substantive requirements are reviewed with you before additional work or charges.
Applicable family document-preparation packages include an MSA or parentage agreement reflecting the supplied instructions and agreed terms. Mediation needed to reach those terms is a separately scoped and priced service.
Public document preparation is performed at the self-represented client’s direction. The client determines claims, defenses, requested relief, and approach. Attorney-directed paralegal research and drafting follow counsel’s assignments and supervision. Specialized or complex services receive a defined custom quote; representation and legal advice are not included in public document-preparation packages.
We primarily serve California. Requests elsewhere in the United States are reviewed individually for applicable requirements and availability. Attorney and organizational projects specify deliverables, revision allowances, milestones, and payment terms in their written agreements.
Document Review provides plain-language explanation letters and source-provided instructions. Its document/page limits, turnaround, clarification allowances, subscription hours, and payment terms remain governed by the Document Review terms. The two document-preparation revision rounds and 50% deposit do not apply to Document Review. Single and package reviews include their stated 15-minute clarification exchange; subscription clarification counts toward included hours.
